Our office recently assisted a retired member of the NYPD and former federal employee who worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs in unlocking his TreasuryDirect account after being locked out for several weeks, preventing him from accessing his investments.
At the end of April, this constituent contacted our office after the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) was slow to acknowledge his request to lift a hold on his account, and his attempts to contact TreasuryDirect resulted in phone calls being abruptly disconnected with no resolution.

Staten Island Republican Rep. Nicole Malliotakis has joined forces with New Jersey Democratic Rep. Josh Gottheimer in a renewed effort against congestion pricing.
