Our office was contacted by a constituent regarding an issue with their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) retroactive payment, which was sent to the incorrect financial institution. The constituent needed this payment to cover essential expenses, including rent, food, medical needs, and transportation to medical appointments.
