Our office was contacted by a constituent regarding an issue with their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) retroactive payment, which was sent to the incorrect financial institution. The constituent needed this payment to cover essential expenses, including rent, food, medical needs, and transportation to medical appointments.
After reaching out to our office, we were able to contact Social Security on their behalf and arrange for the reissue of the $13,367 payment owed to the constituent.
Our office was contacted by the family of a U.S. Army veteran requesting assistance in locating documents required for a military funeral.
After successfully reaching out to the National Archives and Records Administration, we were able to obtain the necessary documents, ensuring the veteran will have a military funeral tomorrow. Our office extends our gratitude for his service to our country, and condolences to his family.
