"Mayor Adams has failed our city, has broken the public trust and should resign or be removed by Governor Hochul. Our city is suffering greatly, taxpayers deserve better and we need to restore a functioning city government as soon as possible."

(STATEN ISLAND, NY) - Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis is announcing a $500,000 federal grant to the Richmond County District Attorney's Office (RCDA) which will enable the DA’s Office to establish a Cold Case Unit, and dedicate more time to investigating violent cold cases that already have suspect DNA profiles.

(WASHINGTON, DC) – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis was recognized by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and was honored as a Guardian of Small Business. This award honors lawmakers who consistently vote in favor of small businesses on key issues identified by business owners. Lawmakers who voted in support of small businesses on key issues during the 118th Congress earned the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award. A total of 269 members of Congress were recognized as Guardians of Small Business during the 118th Congress.

(WASHINGTON, DC) – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis honored National POW/MIA Recognition Day which is tomorrow, the third Friday of September. Earlier this week, she recognized U.S. Army Air Force's 2nd Lt. Francis E. Callahan of New Brighton, Staten Island whose remains were recently identified after 80 years by the Department of Defense POW-MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA).

(WASHINGTON, DC) – The U.S. House of Representatives passed bipartisan legislation to award a Congressional Gold Medal to tennis icon Billie Jean King, a trailblazer and champion for Equal Pay in Women’s Sports. The legislation’s passage comes as we approach the 51st anniversary of Billie Jean King defeating Bobby Riggs, on September 20, 1973. It is the first time a female athlete will receive the nation’s highest civilian honor.
