During Sunday’s broadcast of FNC’s “The Fox Report,” Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) accused President Joe Biden, New York City Mayor Eric Adams and Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) of incentivizing illegal immigration.

Malliotakis laid out how Adams and Hochul successfully used the courts to derail an effort to prevent a Staten Island school from being converted into housing for illegal immigrants.

Senior citizens who have received unsolicited coronavirus (COVID-19) test kids in recent months may be victims of a scam, and two local officials are urging them to take action.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/South Brooklyn) and Borough President Vito Fossella on Monday issued a joint press release calling on seniors who received unsolicited COVID-19 tests to report providers to the Medicare Fraud Line, ask for a new Medicare Card, and report the fraud to the congresswoman’s office.
