Malliotakis Helps Local Brooklyn Small Businesses Recover Millions in ERC Funds

Over the past two years, our office has helped several local Brooklyn small businesses recover more than $7.8 million in delayed Employee Retention Credit (ERC) payments.

The Employee Retention Credit was created to help businesses keep employees on payroll and continue operating through the economic disruptions caused by COVID-19. After our office contacted the IRS on their behalf, these businesses received the refund they were owed.
