Malliotakis Helps Constituent Secure Medicare Coverage for Needed Surgery

A constituent was informed his Medicare Part B coverage would not take effect until February 2027, despite needing surgery before then. After he reached out to our office, we contacted the Social Security Administration and requested that his appeal for an August 2026 effective date be accepted. The appeal was approved, allowing the constituent to receive the surgery he needs to begin his recovery.
