Malliotakis Helps Constituent Recover "Stuck" Funds from Social Security Administration

Our office recently helped a constituent recover funds owed to him from the Social Security Administration (SSA). 

He contacted our office in early June waiting for a back payment of Social Security Survivor Benefits. At that point, he had been waiting for the back payment for over six months, and the only answer SSA would give his lawyer was that it was stuck in the processing center in Baltimore, MD. 

We reached out to SSA on this constituent's behalf, and within a matter of weeks he received the $13,820 in back payments he was owed!
