Malliotakis Helps 9/11 Survivor & Volunteer Secure Medication

This week, my office resolved a billing issue for a constituent that was being charged for medication related to a 9/11 illness that is covered by the Zadroga Act. 

After following all proper procedures, the constituent was still being billed for these critical medications that were prescribed by a WTC Doctor. 

My staff was able to contact Express Scripts and the Agency to rectify the situation to the constituent could be reimbursed for the cost of her medication.
