(BROOKLYN, NY) – Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) on Saturday hosted a reception for the Brooklyn winners of her 2021 Presidents' Day Essay contest. Staten Island and Brooklyn elementary school students in grades three through five were invited to participate and write essays about what they would do to improve their community if they were President of the United States.
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. --- The Notre Dame Club of Staten Island were the recipients of a 10,000 pound donation from Goya Food as part of the group’s 31st Annual Bread of Life Food Drive (BOLD).
The donations will benefit 25 food pantries across Staten Island as well as the Bay Ridge Community Center.
