NEW YORK (PIX11) — The Senate plans to vote on a bipartisan deal in the next week, but House Speaker Mike Johnson has said that bill is dead on arrival.  New York Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis told PIX on Politics, “Our bill… is dead on arrival in the Senate. There is a difference there and we need to reconcile that difference.” She added it is still not clear what exactly is in the Senate bill, but laid out her top priority, “What we need to do, simply, is to secure this border and stop the flow.”
