Rep. Nicole Malliotakis on congestion pricing

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – The war between New York City and New Jersey over congestion pricing is heating up.

Last week, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy sued the federal Department of Transportation and the Highway Administration to try and stop the plan, which would toll drivers who enter Manhattan below 60th Street.
