Malliotakis: Congestion Pricing Fight Not Over

(NEW YORK, NY) — Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11) released the following statement after a federal judge’s decision on New York City’s congestion pricing program:

“We are reviewing the judge’s decision but believe the Trump Administration was well within its legal right to rescind Biden’s rubber-stamping of congestion pricing, which was done without a full and thorough Environmental Impact Statement as required by law. Secretary Duffy informed me that the administration will appeal this decision and keep fighting to protect the hardworking commuters from this unfair and burdensome congestion tax.”
