Malliotakis Helps Senior Get Social Security Reinstated After Agency Error

A constituent recently contacted our office requesting assistance with their October Social Security payment.  
 
After weeks of attempting to resolve the issue on their own, they reached out to our office for help. A member of our team worked with the constituent to contact Social Security and their bank and have a Death Notice Entry ("DNE") removed from their checking account. Once the bank confirmed that the DNE had been successfully removed, our office contacted Social Security to request the $1,914 back payment which was successfully deposited via direct deposit. All future payments will also be restored.
